Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Google & YouTube API Services

Novirth uses YouTube API Services and other Google APIs (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile and Google Drive) through an internal tool that we operate only for our own accounts and for clients who explicitly authorize us via Google's OAuth consent screen. By authorizing access to a YouTube channel, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and your data is handled as described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Information we access. With your authorization we access: basic channel information (channel name, ID and public statistics), the list and metadata of your videos, YouTube Analytics reports (views, watch time, subscribers gained) and the ability to upload videos, titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnails that you or your team have approved.

How we use it. Only to (1) publish content you approved to your channel, (2) produce performance reports for you, and (3) plan and optimize your marketing. We do not use YouTube or Google user data for advertising targeting, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the services you hired.

Sharing. We do not sell, rent or share YouTube or Google user data with third parties. Reports are shared only with the channel owner and the people the owner designates.

Storage and retention. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on a computer controlled by Novirth and are never published. API data is kept only as long as needed to deliver the reports and services, is refreshed from the API rather than stored indefinitely, and is deleted within 30 days after you revoke access or end the engagement.

Revoking access. You can revoke Novirth's access at any time at Google Security Settings (Third-party apps with account access), or by asking us at contact@novirth.com. After revocation we stop accessing your data immediately and delete stored data as described above.

Novirth's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
